This Privacy Policy describes how Mass Produced Future and Trouba Games ("we", "our", or "us") collect, use, and disclose information when you play our games (collectively, the "Games"), including but not limited to Zumbabwe Fishing Simulator.

A. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not run our own user accounts or operate private database servers to store your personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address).

B. On-Device Local Data

Our Games store gameplay statistics, settings, achievements, and save files locally on your device. This data remains on your device unless you choose to sync it via a third-party service (such as Google Play Games).

C. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

Our Games integrate third-party services that may collect information to provide game features and advertising. These services include:

  • Google Play Games Services: Used for achievements, leaderboards, and cloud backup. Google may collect account identifiers and gameplay metrics in accordance with their privacy policies.
  • Google AdMob (Mobile Ads SDK): Used to serve advertisements in the game. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, ad interaction data, and geographic information to serve and optimize ads.
  • Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK: Used as a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) to gather and manage your ad consent choices under GDPR and other global regulations.

2. Privacy & Ad Consent (GDPR, COPPA, and Underage Users)

We respect your privacy and are committed to complying with all relevant laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States.

A. In-Game Age Gate

To ensure the appropriate privacy rules apply to each gaming session, our Games feature an in-game Age Gate that asks for your birth year on first startup. This information is processed and stored entirely on your device and is not sent to our servers.

B. Underage Users (Children & Teens)

  • Users Under 13 (COPPA Compliance): If our Age Gate indicates you are under 13 years old, we automatically configure the Google Mobile Ads SDK to tag all ad requests as child-directed. No personalized tracking is enabled, and no personal data is collected.
  • Users Under 16 (GDPR Compliance): If our Age Gate indicates you are under 16 years old, we automatically configure ad requests with "Under Age of Consent" tags. Consent collection forms are bypassed, and we do not serve personalized ads.

C. Adult Users (16+)

For users aged 16 and older in regions where consent is legally required (such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we use the Google UMP SDK to present a consent form. You can choose to accept or decline personalized advertisements.

Revoking Consent: You can modify or withdraw your ad consent choices at any time via the Ad Consent Settings button (labeled "MANAGE") in the in-game Settings menu.

3. How We Use Information

The data collected by third-party services is used solely for:

  • Providing multiplayer, achievements, and leaderboard features.
  • Displaying compliant, age-appropriate advertisements.
  • Analyzing game stability, resolving technical issues, and improving gameplay.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not store your personal information on our own servers, we do not retain your data.

  • To delete local game save data, you can clear the app cache/data in your device's Android settings or uninstall the Game.
  • To manage or delete data linked to your Google Play Games account, please refer to Google's account management settings.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
